Job description
* Acknowledge Customer RFQs.
* Screening of customers/prospects Customer support by promptly responding enquiries.
* Follow up on quotes, and or any outstanding information from the customer.
* Customer support by promptly responding to the various status of quotes & orders.
* Receive customer orders & verification against the offer / Quote.
* Handover of Orders to the order handlers Communicate with colleagues, business unit experts / Product centers for technical support.
* Work with existing relations or in projects and in what is generated via field sales.
* Jointly with sales be part of the projects making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers,
* Support sales with product presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
* Develop to be a product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
Competencies, experience, and attitudes to do the job:
Fair application and process knowledge of Mechanical equipment. - Good skills
to work with IT tools, e.g., Office 365 - Good team player - Strong
communication & networking skills. Fluent in speaking English.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
