Are you an individual who can genuinely communicate with people? We're looking
for Bar Runner to work with us, help us build meaningful relationships and
keep a healthy connection with our members. Reports directly to F&B
Supervisors and Manager. Bar Runner is primarily responsible for supporting
the operations of the Bar. Understands and anticipates the needs of the
Bar/Bartender and facilitates requests of the team proactively.
Contributes to pleasant customer experience, is an attentive listener, and has
a high degree of focus while maintaining an extraordinary level of
professionalism. BR is responsible for presenting and communicating
transparent inputs that will both represent the vision, values, and full
offerings of The Bridge Lifestyle Hub.
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
| OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
* Restocks the Bar with beverages and coordinates with kitchen for specialty items in
* sufficient quantities to cover the shift.
* Delivers beverage orders to a tables.
* Assists baristas & waiters in taking, making & delivering orders.
* Restocks ice, paper supplies, glassware when needed.
* Performs cleaning, washing & polishing of glassware and trays.
Prepares fruit trays needed for drinks preparation, places them in Bartender's
station.
* Several backup fruit trays must be available in the kitchen.
Manages the bar set up in line with the Taste Experience Procedures.
| INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ascertains a high degree of anticipation and maintains a Net Promoter Score
and - promotes a professional image.
- Supports increasing awareness of TB App, guides in its continuous use, and
frequently - suggests enrollment to potential new Members.
* Performs any reasonable task required that might be outside the job scope in the spirit of collaboration.
| SUSTAINED LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
* Participates in TB training sessions and communication briefings on a monthly, weekly ,or daily basis.
* Maximizes opportunities for self-development to upgrade his/her knowledge and skills by actively participating in TB internal and external initiatives and App.
* Suggests enhancement of existing procedures, which support the improvement of Taste and all Bridge Tracks.
| HYGIENE & SAFETY
* Maintains cleanliness and conditions of bar unit, bar, tables, and other tools. Removes soiled wares from bar top and tables.
- Cleans the Bar post and before opening time. Picks up empty glasses and
bottles - from the tables and outside the Bar.
Ensures clean glassware is available at the Bar. Maintains clean rags in each
- Bartender's station.
* Complies with all Health & Safety regulations while performing daily duties at all times.
Takes responsibility for reporting any hazard and follows up to ensure the
execution of required actions.

| EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Courses in the following integrated modalities will add value to the preferred

* High School Diploma | GED | College Degree.
* Proven working experience as a Bar Runner.
* Must understand and communicate in English
* Must be physically fit to perform the essential functions. Quick on its feet.
- Demonstrates an interest in and an understanding of all Tracks to perform
requested - tasks.
* Resourceful, forward-thinking, innovative, and committed.
* Must be willing to add value to enhance health, safety, and productivity as well as
* maintain TB to thrive on being a smoke-free workplace.
Experienced in being an integral point of contact for esteemed Bridge
customers.
