The Role
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the bar area - Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge. - Full Knowledge of the method of preparation for all of the beverages - Grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee. - Make the orders while paying attention to details and customer’s needs (e.g. Preferences of coffee blend, choice of milk and sweetness ratio) - Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks. - Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques as company standard.
Requirements
* Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils. - Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. - Daily Inventory and stocks monitoring. - Following the tasks which given by shift in charge. - Following the company uniform standard. - Making sure to apply FIFO
