Role Summary:
We are looking for a Team Lead Sales Acquisition to join our team and be part

What's On Our Plate
* Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission.
* Generate client acquisition plan.
* Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition.
* Tracking sales target of the team.
* Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate.
* Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target.
* Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research.
* Maintain accurate records of acquisition.
* Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
* Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.
* Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.
* Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.
* Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.
* Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.
* Management for reporting and support.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.

* 5+ years of experience within Sales including managing a team.
