Job Summary :
* Managing the maintenance and sales team
* To oversee the day-to-day operation of the property.
* Dealing with tenant requests.
* Dealing with facilities, pool, gym…etc
Main responsibilities:
* successfully increasing occupancy and sales rate.
* Marketing and sales strategy.
* Safety and cleanliness of the property.
* Daily tenant concerns.
Qualifications:
* 5 years' experience in property management.
* Real estate knowledge.
* Experience in GCC.
* Fluent in Arabic, and English.
* Experience in client-facing.
Reporting structure:
* the property manager will report directly to the managing director of the company.
