Responsible for managing all financial affairs of the company, ensuring that
financial policies, procedures, and controls are in place, and overseeing
financial reporting and analysis.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Manage the company's budget and forecasting processes,

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast,

  • Ensure that financial statements are accurate and timely,

  • Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management,

  • Review and update the Quality Assurance Financial Reports.

  • Issue Ministry of Education (ADEK & CHEDS) related financial reports.

  • Issue internal auditing reports.

  • Manage cash flow and oversee the company's banking relationships,

  • Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable,

  • Manage the company's tax planning and compliance activities,

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements,

  • Supervise the finance team and provide training and guidance as needed,

  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

  • Control and oversee all payments based on the company cash flow.

  • Oversee and manage ADSM Operations Plan "OP".

  • Liaise with internal/external auditors to ensure that appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained and follow up with any related requirements.

  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company financial plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.


Skills



  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

  • Preferrable CPA or CMA certification.

  • ‎7+ years of experience in financial management or accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
