We currently have an opening for a Finance Manager* where you will
lead implementation of Finance strategy and financial operations and have the
overall responsibility for the Finance function.

In this Finance Manager position
*
You will lead implementation of Finance Strategy and direct team with higher
focus on operational finance activities.
* You will implement Finance strategy, plans and initiatives for a medium sized country including all financial management services, planning, analysis, reporting and budgets.
* You will ensure planning and delivery of Finance services and processes related to two or more of the Finance Job Families to achieve financial transparency, maintain short and long-term financial health, and advise and consult the management team on financial matters.
* You will maintain vendor/ service relationship and service level agreement with specific business unit/partner for various financial services.
* You will develop and implement improvements in existing financial processes, systems and methods for enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
* You will develop a strong, trusting relationships with senior business leader across DPDHL and hence communicate and influence them outside of own job area to accept practices and approaches.
* You will cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties and may lead negotiations.
* You will manage a department or a small unit that includes multiple teams led by Manager and/or Team Leaders.

Now, here 's what we need from you

Bachelor's degree or equivalent acceptable qualifications.
* ‎8 or more years' experience required
* Knowledge of DPDHL Business and Financial Policies
* Financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting skills
* Stakeholder and people management skills
* Presenting, negotiating, influencing, and facilitator skills
* Good knowledge of Technology trend, IT systems, Digital affinity, and BI tools
