The Role
A superb opportunity has arisen for our for our international asset management
client based in Abu Dhabi’s financial heartland, ADGM. We are seeking a
mature, highly experienced EA with a strong background in private / investment
banking and /or private equity and who has supported at the C-Suite level for
at least five years. Excellent organisational and operational are required to
support this highly visible and very busy CEO who travels extensively. Based
in the prestigious offices in ADGM, you will be a highly motivated individual
who can ensure a fluid and seamless day to day for the CEO. Due to the amount
of travel involved, you will need to preempt conflict and communicate
effectively at a very senior level with stakeholders across the business.
There is a complex and detailed calendar, both personal and professional,
across several different countries. The CEO liaises with UHNW and
institutional clients directly, hence, you will be engaging with senior
business leaders and their EAs daily. You will prepare all research,
presentations and relevant documentation for all meetings in order to maximize
his time to concentrate his efforts fully on the business. This will also
include elements of personal schedule, booking medical appointments, social
events and dinners, family time and vacations and you will also interact with
family members to assist with this.
Requirements
There is a great deal of document management with this role, and it requires
an exceptional eye for detail in English to manage and review contracts,
banking documents and highly confidential agreements. The organisation
represents a large volume of UHNWI clients, and they often attend the office
for meetings. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be adept in
hosting such individuals and ensuring they are always handled in a highly
professional manner, acting as a representative of both the CEO and the
organisation as a whole. You will need to be based in Abu Dhabi and this will
be an office-based role.
