Summary
Assistant Manager Hygiene maintains & communicates updated quality & food
safety standard operating procedures, policies in accordance with ISO
22000:2005 & FSSAI and ensures that only safe & hygienic food is delivered to
both internal and external guests. Creative thinkers who are passionate
towards microbiological analysis of food and beverages, with outstanding
communication skills, and are able to coach, counsel & train staff, customize
the trainings and infuse their own experiences into it.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in food science or similar, knowledge of HACCP standards,
NEBOSH International General Certificate and Internal Auditor certification in
ISO 22000.
A minimum of 2+ years prior experience in Food safety and Hygiene,
successfully adopting a proactive approach to risk assessments, establishing
systems and training programs.
