Education:
* Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
* MBA or Executive Management Diploma is a plus.
Experience:
* At least 8 years of experience in the sales field.
* Direct sales experience is a must preferable in the SME & SOHO segments.
* Retail sales experience is a must.
Enterprise Line of Business
* Recruit, train, monitor & coach the Business in Retail Area managers who will be responsible of selling to B2B customers at Orange outlets, through indoor & outdoor sales approaches.
* Recruiting & heading the team responsible for the daily monitoring, coaching & technical trainings of the B2B in Retail sales staff in all orange outlets at his assigned region in addition to providing the needed support for customer handling.
* Responsible for the new Business corner launches in national Shops at his assigned area as well as hiring the suitable candidate to manage the functions in each.
* Design organizational structure, assign KPIs and set targets for the business in retail area managers & the outlets as well.
* Develop sales strategies that ensure attainment of the SOHO in Retail targets and profitability.
* Cascade the assigned targets on this assigned region and each AM individually and ensure the achievement of the whole region assigned targets.
* Monitor the whole team area Management efficiency level, in addition to the customer satisfaction level of the customers base.
* Perform regular double visits with the area managers to Lead by example and assess the outdoor work performance of his team.
* Plan and monitor regular visits for the outlets handled by the business in retail area managers.
* Regularly visit the outlets in his assigned region to monitor the quality of service provided and ensure that they abide to their pre-set policies.
* Manage & maintain the existing portfolios in the business in retail channel to build strong relation with existing customers to increase profitability and prevent churn.
* Monitor & Develop daily results and report monthly evaluation reports for the team activities per area & shop.
* Act as 1st Level escalation for Resolving escalated customers issues & ensure best customer experience for the B2B customers across orange outlets.
* Conduct one to one review with the B2B Area managers and discuss their suggestions to build more effective communication channels, understand development needed, provide insight for the improvement of the sales operation and activity performance.
* Develop and monitor the implementation of innovative methods to increase the sales and business accounts, expand markets and promote business in his assigned region .
* Develop new leads generation channels & tools to support the teams and efficiently generate new prospects.
* Design sales contests for the channel executives for motivation and to achieve the SME & SOHO segment targets.
* Manage, Monitor & Control payments and commissioning process and ensure regular delivery of payments for the partners & indirect agents staff as well.
* Enhancement & creation of the needed new processes to serve and up sell business offers in the retail sales channels.
* Design and update field training programs related to B2B sales in alliance with the HR department.
* Help establishing a customer oriented culture.
* Maintain area managers job results by counseling and disciplining employees; monitoring, and appraising job results & clearly communicate to the team the company's strategy and vision and ensure their alignment to it.
* Maintain a line communication between the sales department and other departments to ensure that all the teams are aware of current/new products, policy or service updates.
* Propose new initiatives, plans and programs to improve the effectiveness of the Sales function.
* Set sales plans to increase the Revenue of existing base.
* Set sales plans to increase the reach of data lines, solutions and upselling VAS to the existing accounts.
* Coordinate with Geo Marketing to assign the accounts portfolio to the Shops within their geographic location.
