  • Design the service road map to ensure the best efficiency by reducing costs and maximizing created values.

  • Design the distributors' commission, contests, and animation events for market penetration.

  • End-to-end management of the processes to ensure the smooth wallet activation, smooth customer experience in the post-wallet activation phase, e-unites stock management and transfer at all levels.

  • Ensure applying the proper handling for all complaints and inquiries received directly from customers or regulators

  • Monitor, analyze, and report all system transactions to assess successful vs. failed ratios and design required action plan with all concerned teams with corrective actions needed.

  • Design the system configuration for all users group roles, set up the proper units transfer limits and wallet sizes, and update all implemented specifications, considering issued regulation.

about you

* Bachelor degree from a recognized university in one of the following fields: Business, Economics, engineering, or technology.
* ‎0 to ‎1 year of experience in the same function.
