* Education Qualification - Graduation + Project Management Certification
* Years of experience - 4+ Years
Candidate profile:
* Non-technical PMO experience
* Broad understanding of finance and financial concepts
* Good in excel and power point presentations
* Good English communication skills
What you need to bring
Following are the key tasks to handled by Business Specialist:
* Manage project planning sessions
* Create and manage project PERT and milestones
* Create, track and manage minutes of the meetings for all internal and external periodic meetings
* Generate periodic status reports on the project for stakeholders, management and OG
* Control deviations and take relevant measures to manage timelines
* Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise
* Efficiently maintain project data repository and oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
* Assist in budgetary approvals and cost controls to ensure project delivery within budget
* Prepare high quality presentations with inputs and insights to assist the project team
* Manage communication and data flow across functions for project progress
* Execute other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors
