Job Description
Responsible for completing high volume donation processing functions using
proprietary software within the established production and quality standards.
Responsible for scanning, donation processing, adjustments, balancing and
maintaining overall controls to ensure donations are entered accurately and
within departmental SLAs. Reconciles production and vendor files. Assists with
Regional Transactional Processing.
* Requires ability to understand general arithmetic;
* Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations using multiple forms of communications (phone, email, chat, text, social media);
* Understand difficult verbal or written instructions from donors and others;
* Understand customer service techniques;
* Understand database maintenance and word processing software;
* Familiarity with typing needed;
* Knowledge ordinarily acquired through high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years clerical experience, including 1 year of financial/accounting experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
