Key responsibilities / activities:

Product availability by taking proactive actions to prevent delivery issues to
customer and solve backorders and shortages

Manage daily OTDS and Back Order Lines root cause analysis and implementation
of improvement actions

Define and update stock parameters to achieve service level objectives while
optimizing inventory level

Inventory Reports analysis and creation of follow up files to maintain Gross
stock/DIG/unhealthy stock information

Monitor closely the level of obsolete stock , provision calculation and lead
scrap campaign

Follow up and maintain of product life cycle process with marketing , supply
chain and demand planners

Run the distribution requirement planning process and responsible for DRP
accuracy
8
Collaborate with Demand Planners , SIOP leaders to monitor forecast
performance, review critical families, give valuable input for DRP and make
necessary actions to reduce obsolete stock

Collaborate and follow up of purchase order portfolio management with
Procurement team

Implement continuous improvement projects by using " Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six
Sigma" and other methodologies

Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes
deliver the expected benefit and share best practices
About You**
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industry/Logistics
Job Related Experience: min 5 years of Supply Chain Planning experience
Business Understanding
Fluent English
Familiar with SAP , Kinaxis , Initiative / Confidentiality / Dynamic
Able to work under pressure
Team leader experience
