Sales / Marketing - Mining Department

Alkhomassia is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated Geologist to be
responsible for the sales and marketing of our Mining department products.

Role

• Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing mining client base.


• Ensures client satisfaction and develops new business opportunities within assigned territory.


• Acts as a liaison of communication and coordination between the client and the supplier.


• Handles clients inquiries and tenders in relation to refractories products.


• Pursue identified business prospects by participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.


• Explores new applications provided by our existing suppliers.


• Explores new needs in the market.


• Seeks out and identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs.


• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.


• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Job Requirements

• Geological Science Degree from an accredited college or university
  - ‎2 - ‎3 years experience working in Mining Industry related position,
  preferably in the Sales field


• Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook


• Friendly and possess good customer service skills

Location & Compensation

• Main office is located at New Cairo.


• Salary is negotiable based of the experience and interview.
