Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an E & I Estimator
to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our Regional
Office in New Cairo, Egypt

Role Summary:
Cost estimation and tender evaluation study for new tender projects, in
addition to assisting and supporting of currently awarded project.
What you will need to do:
* Review tender documents and contract like drawings, technical specifications, schedule, BOQs and coordinate with procurement and nominated vendors.
* Quantity take-off, analysis, estimate, and studies for all deliverables
* Perform assessment on Vendors proposals.
* Review and check all electrical drawings and cross check it with related civil drawings to identify and order the embedded items.
* Quantity surveying for all electrical items and materials
* Prepare purchases requisitions required during tender stage and for awarded projects based on design project requirements and quantities take off for all electrical items and materials.
* Performs any other related duties as assigned.
What you will need to have:
* ‎7+ years of overall experience out of which ‎4 years of experience in tender estimation and technical evaluation study for high grade projects and buildings.
* Bachelor 's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Previous experience for at least Two (‎2) years working with a contractor in the same role is essential.
* Very Good English comprehension.
* Previous experience in tender estimation and technical evaluation for different electrical systems (Low voltage and light current) is required.
* Strong knowledge in Microsoft office applications, AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
* Working in Various kind of projects (Industrial, Commercial & Corps of Engineer) Working in Various kind of projects (Industrial, Commercial & Corps of Engineer)
* Knowledge and awareness with the local market.
* Team worker, cope with pressure, to-do mindset.
