Position Summary
* Implement and execute processes that supports current and future needs of the organization and contribute to enhancements of business operation and competitiveness.
Role and Responsibilities
* Achieve the department's goals and deliver the optimum required level of performance.
* Customer and vendor claim follow-ups to prevent EO overdue for all accounts.
* Execute a weekly update on customer / vendor claim status to internal and external project owners.
* Management of marketing claims to maintain over-dues of the assigned accounts. ("No AP Overdue")
* TASC Labour Services (TASC)
* Emirates Consulting Group LLC (ECG)
* Transguard, 6Pence, Adecco
* Execute and conduct audit activities to provide pre-emptive plan and suggestions after identification of issues, mismanagements and risks.
* Produce reports and analysis in order to provide on-time and accurate information related to operations, changes, issues etc. to stakeholders.
* Execute changes and innovations in order to improve internal and external processes in line with HQ guidelines, standards and principles.
* Enhance direct engagement and efficient communication with the customers and vendors to improve and strengthen the relationship and trust with the partners.
* Maintain and improve Marketing Key Performance Indexes (KPI's) and indicators to maximize business performance and competitiveness.
* Facilitate regular and on-time promotion reconciliation to prevent expense omission
* Conduct regular meetings and trainings for both internal and external clients to collect VOCs related to bottlenecks in business operation and identify areas that requires attention and immediate actions.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 4 years of working experience
* Post Graduate degree in business management or accounting is an advantage
* With accounting background will be a plus
* Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
* Self-motivated and being able to work under minimum supervision
* Ability to work under time pressure
* Must have a flexible schedule and willing to put in extra time as needed.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales/financial reports, data and studies.
* Ability to effectively present information to top management.
* SAP, Excel & MS Office knowledge
* Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
* Assertive, determined, flexible and creative and warm personality.
* Great energy and initiatives, creative, resourceful and meticulous nature.
* Proven excellent working and strong working relationship with the Top Management, Sales Team, Marketing Team, Finance, Customers, Vendors and all essential functional groups.
* Experience in claim verification and processing
* Familiar in Sales and Distribution business, Retail and Pricing, Marketing Activities
* Understanding in sales operation, marketing operation, process improvement and analysis
