embarking on several initiatives to make us more efficient and agile as a
company. One key initiative is the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), a multi-year
program designed to harmonize PepsiCo 's core business processes and data,
enabled by the latest technology.
As a General Ledger Manager you'll be a part of the PGT finance team and will
be in charge of implementing and testing SAP S/4HANA in Frito Lay. You will:
* Perform detailed implementation activities required to successfully complete the project
* Exhibit knowledge and experience in general ledger activities (e.g., Accounting & Close, Bank & Cash Management, Intercompany, etc.) *
* Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality
* Consult external IBM consultants and baseline team members
* Identify issues, propose solutions, and develop resolutions
* Develop and deliver end user training
* Provide post go-live support
* Identify and resolve issues with Process Lead
* Travel to Frito Lay offices for team meetings and celebrations
Compensation and Benefits:
* Expected salary range is $91,100-$132,000
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
