A Wellness Host is entrusted with delivering an exceptional and memorable
service within the wellness, pool and beach facilities. This role is
responsible for our Residents' welfare whilst delivering a consistently
seamless luxurious experience at all the touchpoints.
* You need to maintaining the cleanliness of the Beach, Pool and Wellness Area. Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate reasonability, to create lifelong memories for our Residents and their families of One at Palm Jumeirah
* Assisting with beverage delivery, open/closing and preparing the pool area for residents and their families inclusive of the set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas to ensure our Residents and their families receive a seamless and consistently luxurious experience
* To provide all Residents, their family and guests with a positive first impression of One at Palm Jumeirah and act as an ambassador for the Dorchester Collection
* To act as a team player and provide effective day to day communication with Residents, their family and guests as well as with your colleagues
* To develop and maintain positive and productive service focused working relationships with Residents, their families and their guests as well as external potential perspective owners. To represent Omniyat and Dorchester Collection and become a point of contact within the department
