Job Description
* Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
* Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
* Practices good personal hygiene.
* Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate area.
* Able to work in a high-pressure environment
* Reports to work well-groomed, in the specified uniform.
* Follows all procedures set for the closing and opening of a of a shift or a section.
* Stores food items properly.
Qualifications
* Formal culinary Diploma or equivalent certificate.
* Minimum 2 years experience as Commis chef in a large international class hotel.
