Time Type: Full Time
Complete the assigned delivery/collection in a timely manner as well as
maintain the trucks and associated equipment in adherence to standards and
procedures for safe and secure delivery or collection of cargo.
Your Responsibilities
* Check vehicle status before each delivery/collection
* Check daily delivery schedule on the dispatch board at the start of each day
* Check routes and vehicle allocation
* Park vehicle at respective docks and gates for loading
* Schedule the number of trips per number of consignments
* Deliver the consignments at the respective destinations and check items with the customer
* Obtain customer's signature/acknowledgment on the delivery notes after each delivery
* Return empty containers, pallets and cages to the stores and unload them at the receiving area
* Deliver back return goods to stores with proper documentation (Return Delivery notes) filled and signed
* Any other related duties/projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies
Your Qualifications
* High School Diploma
* Valid Kuwait Heavy Duty Driving License
* Minimum ‎2 years' experience as a driver in any GCC country
Your Proficiencies
* Driving and spatial skills
* Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred
* Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Customer Service skills
* Basic numerical skills
* Attention to detail
