As System Implementation & Support Manager you will be responsible for
overseeing the implementation of new systems, processes, and IT initiatives.
You will work with a wide range of project stakeholders, from executives to
engineers and designers to develop and implement systems, processes and ensure
that all implementation phases are completed on time, you will be responsible
for contributing to continuous improvement of the systems/processes, secure
stable IT operations, manage escalations of incidents and operational issues
from the business.


Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of new system changes requests implementation from start to end, including planning, organizing, overseeing workflow, and communicating progress to key stakeholders.
* Lead conversations with system stakeholders to identify new process automation initiatives and resolve issues throughout the implementation process.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders for new system functionalities/features and execute the new/change requests.
* Manage operational team and business stakeholders in terms of deliverables; ensure timely delivery of documentation, plan and align UAT dates and execution.
* Support with the testing of new features or by providing documentation about the project's status.
* Developing and executing project plans to ensure that all implementation phases are completed on time and within budget.
* Provide coaching & training for the system end users to ensure efficient implementation & usage of the Road Freight system.
* Manage operational team and business stakeholders in terms of deliverables; ensure timely delivery of documentation, plan and align UAT dates and execution.
* Manage and facilitate all department communication activities to the team, stakeholders in all business units.
* SPOC taskforce for emergency, key escalation points with regards to the implementation
* Facilitate rapid issue resolution acting proactively towards the business verticals.
* Drive & coordinate operational activities and improvements to make RITS become a more efficient and effective organization for the business in DSV.
* Collaborate with Service Owners on coordination of Product Life Cycle
* Create and deploy service satisfaction surveys.
* Any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet business needs.


Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT related Field preferred with min ‎4-‎5 years of relevant experience.
* Customer-facing and implementation delivery experience. Logistics industry experience is preferred.
