Responsibilities
* Manage, measure and optimize performance for advertising networks and other monetization channels.
* Manage relationships with advertisers.
* Produce performance reports and metrics.
* Analysis of user behavior, game usage, viral channels, revenue per user, user adoption, user lifetime value.
* Competitive benchmarking
* Design dashboards, metrics and reports. Work with development in their implementation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 2+ years experience in online advertising and/or business development.
* Experience with CPM, CPC and CPA advertising. Experience with micro-transactions a plus.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
* A plus: Passion for games. Especially online, casual, or social ones
