Description
* Monitor Pricing Structure and fare levels of network with competitive action to meet Revenue and Load factor targets.
* Monitor route performance and liaise with sales team to ensure revenue targets.
* Analyze data to identify booking indication, ancillary product performance to take proactive measures to enhance revenue streams.
* Ensure revenue integrity controls are in place to prevent losses due to low booking.
* Develop new destinations for new opportunities.
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures and policies for all key revenue optimization.
* Coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.
* Staff training to form a second decision-making team.
* Enhance the feedback culture.
* Build a clear vision to train and keep talented staff and listen to their needs.
* Embrace the variety of talent within the team.
* Build Pricing Strategy.
* Create a clear strategy for training and retaining talented employees and listening to their requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Aviation
Management or related field; combination of relevant education and work
experience considered in lieu of degree • 7+ years of experience in pricing
and revenue management preferred • Minimum 7 years of experience with day to
day usage of a revenue management system • Airline revenue management
experience preferred • MBA may be considered in lieu of experience • 3+ years
supervisory or experience in a leadership role required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and people development skills Excellent Excel, Access, and
PowerPoint skills required Thorough understanding of the overall structure and
operation of the revenue management department Ability to produce high quality
quantitative methods Demonstrates consistent deductive skills; strong critical
thinking skills Eye for identifying need for process improvements and ability
to translate into an action plan Able to efficiently summarize variances
Highly motivated Excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
