prestigious brands, they have eight retail outlets and their products are
selling through authorized resellers,

Description

as a Customer Relationship Management Supervisor you'll be providing day to
day leadership to ensure a high performance by the team. You'll be busy
prioritizing, assign, supervising and evaluating the work of all customer
service representatives. You will provide coaching and guidance for
performance improvement and devlopment within the team. Furthermore you assume
difficult and specialized customer relation situations, involving upset and
dissatisfied customers and requiring sensitivity and sound judgement. You take
actions to resolve complaints.
