KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth
phase through a direct presence in seven regions and more than ‎60 distributor
markets within the region. To complement our growth plans, Service Sales is
considered to be a strategic priority for our Business.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and
enthusiastic Sales Engineer - Service to be based in our Kuwait office. In
this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between
KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You
will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to
our customers.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust,
value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track
record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate
with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is
result-driven, and a strong commercial acumen skills.

Are you the one?
* Bachelor's Degree holder
* Minimum ‎4 years' Service Sales experience
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
* Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs
* Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus
* Excellent Arabic & English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
