Position: Speciality Care Partner - Cairo

THE POSITION
To effectively represent and promote Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) core products
to existing and potential customers, by presenting how BI products benefit
their patients, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and increasing
market share, also To offer innovative, tailored solutions for key accounts
ensuring long term presence of the oncology portfolio whilst adhering to best
practice principles and BI's standard operational procedures (SOPs).
Tasks & responsibilities
* To effectively represent and promote Boehringer Ingelheim core products to existing and potential customers, by persuading them that BI products best their needs and that of their patients, with the objective of maximizing sales revenue and increasing market share whilst adhering to best practice principles and BI's standard operational procedures (SOPs).
* Works closely with Sales Manager in executing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing BI business in assigned district to ensure achievement of district sales targets/objectives
* Plans and schedules daily visits with existing and potential customers to deliver BI's assigned core product message
* Records and tracks product sales and customers in his/her region
* Keeps up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and presents and discusses this data with health care professionals during daily visits and/or group presentations
* Coordinates with agents in building and maintaining positive and professional relationships with different customers in her/his region including doctors, pharmacists, purchasers within hospitals/institutions
* Prepares daily reports on visiting schedules and weekly sales sheet for Management review & Provides monthly forecasting sheet based on actual Sales.
Requirements
* Min. 3 years experience in Multinational company in specialty care with strong sales record
* Resident in Cairo & Agile to work in different cities
* Applicants should be qualified Pharmacist or veterinarian with fluent English
* MOH sector is an advantage.
* Candidates should be Pro-active, hard worker and very good team player with high commitment level, strong communication & negotiation skills
* Pulmonology &/or Neuro experience is preferable
* Strong record of Institution business management
