THE POSITION
As HP Controller you will be part of the Finance team accountable for the
Human Pharma business in Northern Africa. You will be responsible for
Controlling across Northern Africa. As part of a diverse and inclusive team,

located in Cairo. You will directly report to the Head of Fonance and
Administration.
Tasks & responsibilities
The HP controller provides effective and efficient support to the Human Pharma
(HP) Northern Africa Finance in the areas of Planning, Reporting and Business
Partnering as well as Controlling and continuous improvement projects to
enable the best return on investment in the engagement with customers.
The HP Controller implements guidance from the regional controlling team &
Corporate into HP Northern Africa organization and ensures an effective and
efficient execution of processes.
The HP Controller ensures high quality and efficient processes that enable
timely reporting, effective internal control tools and application of relevant
internal and external regulations.
* Planning cycle/budget process
* Business Partnering
* Monthly closing/supplementary reporting
* Brand portfolio analysis and optimization
* Projects and continuous improvement
* Compliance Responsibility: Responsible for overseeing compliance and adherence to Corporate SOP's, local regulations and best practices as applicable for Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia
Requirements
* Strong functional and good business know-how, business acumen, strong technical skills in systems and tools, strong process thinking, understanding "big picture", future oriented, ability to look own responsibility
* Able to speak the "language" of the Business Partners, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to prepare topics and to explain them in a way understandable to non-experts
* Bachelors and/or Masters degree (e.g. MBA, MSc) in Business Administration / Economics and/or Diploma degree
* + 5 years of Finance and Business Controlling experience including systems, processes and guidelines required. Audit background (assurance, tax, corporate finance) is a plus.
* Pharma background/experience would be preferred.
* Experience in SAP and project management
* Knowledge of IFRS
* French, English, Arabic
