Creative UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Entry-Level UI/UX Designer with
strong design skills to create visually appealing web applications and assets
that showcase our brand personality. In this role, you will collaborate with
front-end engineers, product managers, and product owners to ensure an
engaging and consistent user experience (UX). Fresh graduates are encouraged

Responsibilities:
‎1. Design visually appealing web applications, assets, and marketing
materials that align with the brand identity and guidelines.
‎2. Work closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and product
owners to create user-centric designs and user interfaces for web
applications.
‎3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative
solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
‎4. Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to
effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
‎5. Ensure consistency in design and user experience across all digital
touchpoints, including web applications, mobile apps, and marketing materials.
‎6. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to
ensure our designs remain current and competitive.
‎7. Provide design feedback and guidance during the development process,
ensuring that designs are accurately implemented.
‎8. Clearly and effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to team
members and stakeholders, both in written and verbal form.
Requirements:
‎1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Web Design, or a
related field.
‎2. Strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills, including web
applications and assets.
‎3. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,
Photoshop, XD) and/or Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
‎4. Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
‎5. Excellent visual design skills with a strong focus on typography, color
theory, and layout.
‎6. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including front-
end engineers, product managers, and product owners.
‎7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring design consistency
across all platforms.
‎8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
