Job description:
* Manage and post all accounting transactions.
* Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
* Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
* Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
* Provides financial reports to management, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.
* Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.
* Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures.
* Audit financial transactions and documents.
* Prepare budget forecasts.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3-5 years ' experience in accounting/finance.
* Bachelor degree in accounting / finance.
* Qualifications: QuickBooks
