The Intern will be responsible for Analog/mm-wave circuit design. Tasks will
include Analog/mm-wave circuit design at the transistor level, design capture,
layout, ‎3-D electromagnetic modeling of on-chip passives, analog/mm-wave
circuits simulations and verification, documentation, test and evaluation.
Position will also assist Sr. Design Engineer in performing detailed circuit
design of mm-wave amplifiers, LNAs, power amplifiers, mixers, switches,
attenuators, VGAs, vector modulators, VCOs in CMOS, and HBT technologies.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may
have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce
- Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State -
Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position -

defined by ‎8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(‎3) - may have to go through an export licensing
review process.
