Electromechanical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Supervisor to oversee the
installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
electrical and mechanical engineering and experience in supervising a team of
technicians. The Electromechanical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring
that all equipment is functioning properly and that all work is completed
safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is operating at optimal levels.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide technical guidance to technicians.
* Experience with electrical and mechanical systems like PLCs, motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC system, Hydraulic system, Blasting and Painting equipment 's is a must.
* Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure that it meets all safety and performance standards.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
* Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all equipment is integrated properly with other systems.
* Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and make recommendations for purchasing as needed.
* Provide training and guidance to technicians on new equipment and procedures.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advances in electrical and mechanical engineering
Qualifications:

• Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field,


• Minimum of ‎5-‎7 years of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering, including experience in a supervisory role, Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
