Position Summary
Key Objectives:
We're looking for an agile, results-driven, detail-oriented digital marketer
to own the direction and execution of our strategic efforts to increase brand
awareness, qualified lead generation, and overall grow sales. Candidate needs
to have a finger on the pulse of what's happening in digital marketing, with
an insatiable hunger for learning. In addition to experience in digital
marketing, the right candidate will possess the experience and key skills in
winning in e-Commerce (specifically Amazon) from a Media perspective as we are
growing or e-Commerce footprint across MENA.
Key deliverables of the role include:
* Oversee and coordinate overall media & digital planning, reporting & execution
* Developing strategies, executing plans, measuring performance and reporting insights around digital performance marketing activities
* Deliver the highest performance across key digital channels including e-Commerce
* Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
* Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
* Coordinating Amazon DSP and sponsored ads campaigns across MENA region, implementing HQ global strategy while recommending local improvements
Candidate needs to be an exceptional communicator with superb interpersonal
skills, who can interface with Digital/Social business partners, and local
teams. Candidate also needs to have experience in managing people and managing
markets as this is one main responsibilities of this role.
Role and Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
* Develop MENA annual Digital Marketing strategy for the region, as this will be key for MENA KPI score improvements
* Set key KPIs and evaluate markets' performance for regional campaigns, and local campaigns for flagship launches
* Strong media planning skills, to manage the overall corporate media Plans for TV + Digital
(Need to be able to provide optimal media mix by market on TV/Digital/OOH and
other media splits)
* Understanding of consumer market insights - Utilize insights to guide subs. on engaging consumer communication
* Benchmark global best practices and find insights for the region if applicable and able to identify trends and provide activities to tackle them
* Design, build and maintain our social media presence while planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
* Manage regional relationship with e-commerce advertising teams [Amazon Adv, Noon Advertising], coordinating MENA strategy in alignment with online retail team
* Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
* Collaboration with HQ and markets
* Clear understanding of Major digital platform targeting and KPI (Google, Facebook, Amazon DSP) and ability to create joint business plans
* Support local offices to develop media plans, communication campaigns and post evaluation campaigns. Support offices in agency selection when needed.
* Communicate & consult local markets on regional & local plans.
* Ability to work on regional brand communication plans including assets development with support of product teams
* Strong interpersonal skills to be able to manage people at different levels - Divisions, markets, HQ and Partners
* Manage agency counterparts deliveries and keep project implementation on schedule and within scope & budget
* Able to produce reporting and content aligned to KPI's and facilitate the reporting and analysis activities.
* Ability to understand media mix dynamics and generate cross channel recommendation detailed targeting approach

The role requires excellent digital marketing and media skills
* Media planning and analytical experience for both digital and offline
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, Stackline)
* Worked on e-Commerce campaigns and e-retailers (Amazon, Noon)
* Agency management.
* Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being extremely organized and maintaining high attention to detail
* A self-starter and eager implementer who enjoys working both in groups and independently
* Ability to manage multiple facets of a project simultaneously.
* Must possess interpersonal skills in order to build strong positive people relationships.
* Integrated Marketing Communication planning, and working within tight timelines
* Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and manage change effectively while being comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
* Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
