Time Type: Full Time
To ensure the systematic monitoring of Warehousing operations to review
process adherence by conducting Internal audits and recommend areas for
improvement while adhering to local regulations and IMS guidelines.
Your Responsibilities
* Review and finalization of Process and Procedures (New Draft) in Coordination with Process Owners.
* Periodic review of the existing Procedure and send the Document amendment request to the Country Management Representative
* Ensure the Communication Process and System Compliance.
* Support the HSE Committee for Documentation
* Perform Internal Audits in various facilities as per the Internal Audit Schedule
* Support the Projects and Departments to prepare for the Internal Audits, (By PMO) Surveillance / Recertification audit (by External Bodies) and second Party audit (by Customers).
* Support the Projects and Departments to close the Non-Conformance on time and follow up on agreed completion date.
* Reviews reports and audits all facilities fortnightly to ensure safety, health, security and sanitation guidelines are met as per IMS Manual.
* Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in related field
* Auditor/Lead Auditor Certification in relate field
* Minimum ten years' experience in an ISO Certified Logistics Environment
