Job Description



  • Help in resolving customers disputes on invoices.
    Accessing Aramco ESV portal for invoicing control
    Maintaining records of customers invoice and booking in Oracle.

  • Regularly communicate SO to customers and including sending aging reports to the management.
    Assist in making follow-up collection to customers
    Prepare AP invoice and payments and liaises with DFO.

  • Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accounts receivable Issue invoices and distribute them electronically using Oracle

  • Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments etc.)

  • Prepare purchase requisition and purchase orders in ERP.
    Leads, directs, evaluates and develops the team to ensure that the objectives
    are reached

  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager.
    Billing:

  • Independently manages all billing functions by collecting and entering data into the financial system. Also must include and operate the Aramco portal for all the communications about billing to Aramco.
    Analysis:
    Independently responds to all requests for analysis of time or billing
    information and statistics.
    Customer Service:
    Responds to internal and external requests and provides high quality support
    to customers and colleagues.
