The Role / Opportunity
The Fire Fighter will be responsible to assist the Fire Safety Officer in
eliminating / reducing the risk of loss resulting from fire or smoke damage to
Almarai resources including but not restricted to Personnel, Buildings, Plant
& Equipment, Product and Raw Materials and information retrieval systems both
paper & electronics. Cary out regular inspections of all workplaces to
identify unsafe plant, unsafe working conditions, and unsafe practices.
The ideal candidate must be competent in fire detection and suppression
equipment, fire incident and accident reporting and firefighting skills.
Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted :
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification from recognized security
certification body (e.g. NVQ Level ‎2 for security services)
At least ‎3 years’ experience in multi-cultural work force handling fire
detection and suppression state of the art equipment
‎5 years general experience on security in industrial plant set up and FMCG
security exposure
