Position : Store Auditor
Reporting to : Audit Supervisor
Business Unit : Food & Beverage
Job Location : Fahaheel
Key Responsibilities
Visit every Store in person for auditing store on a daily basis
Audits are carried out as per agreed checklist and ensure all policies and
SOP’s are followed
Audit sales return transactions, exceptional discounts etc and ensure
compliance with Policies and report non compliances to Operation Manager
Audit physical inventory controls, fixed assets and ensure that physical
controls are adequate to safeguard and prevent inventory theft/ pilferage and
report
Count cash and cash equivalents and ensure that cash and cash equivalents
balance in system and physical value are tallying and report any exceptions
Exceptional report monitoring and reporting for improvement in process
Provide training to store on audit and various process
Skill, Knowledge and experience required.
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience of accounting / auditing
experience.
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills - Fluency in English and Arabic language skills.
Familiar with MS Office - MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Must be a Kuwaiti National
