Responsibilities:
Weatherford are looking for an experienced Night Drilling Supervisor.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* To ensure the safety and accurate position of the rig moves
* To ensure operations are implemented within the agreed time scale and budget
* Implement effectively and develop operational procedures
* Overseeing all phases of well operations
* Coordinate various operations simultaneously
* Ensure that both drilling rigs and equipment are fit for purpose
* The lead investigator on any incidents
* Develop contingency and emergency procedures such as well control etc
* Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
* Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
Qualifications:
* ‎5+ years in a similar Drilling role working on LSTK projects
* Re-entry experience is essential
* Fluent in both Enlish and Arabic
* Experience of working within the Middle East preferred
* Mechanical ability necessary to perform repairs
* Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel computer skills
* Self-motivator, self-starter
