Job Description and Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY
* The CO-OP will be part of the legal team for Air Products Qudra in the Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV).
* Primary focus is to learn how to provide legal support services to Air Products Qudra and its subsidiaries.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
* Assists with documentation and administration of legal transactions.
* Provides legal review and analysis of various types of contracts.
* Prepares first draft of legal memos/work products.
* Provides occasional non-legal support, e.g. in drafting and editing correspondence.
* Performs any other assignments as requested by the Head of Legal.
* Participate in continuous improvement/training activities.

* Strong work ethics, self-starter, highly motivated, disciplined, positive attitude
* Able to work independently, detailed oriented - high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills, deadline driven
* Team player, well as in a team, effective influential and communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, power point) for spreadsheets and flowcharts
* Uses knowledge, skills and expertise gained in daily work
