Role Summary:
Test Technician_Level 2
Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Ensure the testing of rotodynamic pumps, complying with the test standards and adapt them to customer specifications, engineering or for the development of R&D or new products.
* Identify needs for each test, identifying possible problems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic).
* Coordination with project management for the creation of necessary tools as required by each project / test.
* Continuous improvement of the test testing area.
* Control and maintenance of the test bench, to reduce the downtime and ensure compliance with test times.
* Control and management the calibrations of the test bench, to ensure from the point of view of quality the compliance of tests and that the instrumentation is in accordance with the regulations.
* Preparation of special test reports or modification of the standards to adapt to customer requirements.
* Support in the continuous improvement of the design of the test benches to adapt to the needs marked by the market and / or R&D or new products.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
* Studies FP1 minimum and recommended FP2 in electrical or mechanics.
* Experience in test benches.
* Knowledge about equipment instrumentation.
* Knowledge of test standards (HI 14.6, ISO 9906 ...)
* Advanced knowledge in Excel will be valuable
* Training in continuous improvement will be valuable
* English communication skills will be a strong plus
