Job Description
Front Desk Agent
* Greet and respond to guest requests while providing exceptional service
* Responsible for check-in/out process, collecting payment and settling accounts as per standards, as well as taking and entering restaurant take away orders
* Take initiative to add a personalized experience
* Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest 's stay through up-selling
* Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures, as well as health & safety protocols
Qualifications
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written), a second language an asset.
* Previous customer-related experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* Highly responsible & reliable.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
