Key responsibilities:
* Supervise hard services and all maintenance work activities.
* Schedule and monitor all preventative maintenance of the facilities.
* Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work.
* Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
* Recommends, directs, and enforces management policies and procedures to ensure harmonious clients and employee relations.
* Reviews building maintenance contracts, monitors activities of service employees.
* Conducts facilities inspections to ensure that assigned facilities are properly maintained.
* Maintains complete inventory of and requisitions materials and supplies.
* Maintains complete inventory of equipment and assets.
* Maintains office space records and occupants informations.
* Supervise soft services, housekeeping and janitorial services and staff.
* Arranging meeting rooms once requested by Worley or client employees.
* Making sure to keep all evacuation and floor plans updated.
* Monitor cleaning schedules and performance.
* Manage janitorial manpower.
* Respond in a prompt to all issues and complaints from clients and employees.
* Responsible for office furniture, stationary, and general supplies.
* Manage cleaning chemicals and kitchen supplies.
* Parking management.
* Office space management.
* Coordinate with other teams and depts to insure the completion of the tasks.
* Supervise and manage reception team and services.
* Ensure that all services "requested and unrequested" are delivered in a high quality.
* Providing reports to the line managers once needed/requested.
* Pest Control, façade cleaning, mail & courier services, and landscape.
* Follow up on locations' utilities and make sure that have been paid on time.
* Supervising a part of the HSE quarterly inspection.
* Maintain data records of all calls, alarms, and actions taken.
* Monitors building fire alarm panel, and other emergency related systems.
* Monitors Lighting control, Electric power control, Heating Ventilation & Air Con (HVAC), Security, access controls, Fire Alarm, Fire Protection, Elevators, Plumbing and CCTV.
* Monitor the use of the PPE within the FM employees and contractors.
* Respond immediately and efficiently to emergency situations and customer concerns.
* Promptly report all accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions or practices.
* Participate in the Health, Safety & Risk programs including toolbox talks, health safety and environmental training related to work activities.
* Provide a high level of customer service to the client and site personnel.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in building management or equivalent required, Diploma will be acceptable with the supported experience.
* Training certificate in building maintenance services or other relevant and recognized qualifications.
* Good level of English language; written, spoken, and read.
