Your Role - International, Challenging and Future-Oriented!
As a Business Administrator at Digital Industries, you will be responsible to
manage commercial and financial aspects in Saudi Arabia. It includes:
* Reviewing & approving customer offers for assigned customers to support "Service" sales team, and doing DAMEX E check for offers.
* Customer creation through GMDM tool.
* Commercially process, manage and complete execution of product / service orders including but not limited to preparing backups (time sheets / delivery notes) to issue invoice and submit to customers.
* Regular commercial activities such as billing, reviewing and adjustment of planned cost, committed cost, accruals, etc. for service and spare orders.
* Ensuring correct booking of orders, revenue, cost, and accruals.
* Continuous monitoring and follow up of receivables.
* Preparing productivity reports of service engineers and project managers in Timelive tool.
* Cashflow planning including customer negotiations in close coordination with Sales / PM.
* Monthly rolling forecast for Service business for key financial KPIs.
* Process improvements in the customer service segment with a focus on commercial part.
* Prepare and participate in monthly business reviews.
* Resolving open balance sheet items to ensure correct financial reporting.
* Preparing PR's for CS department for indirect material, pooled services, events and fixed assets.
Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid!
* Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent from a reputable institute
* User knowledge of SAP is mandatory (Sales & Logistics module)
* IFRS-‎15 knowledge will be considered as an advantage
* ‎3+ years working experience in sales & commercial project management in a multinational company, preferably in Electrical & Electronics Industry
* Basic knowledge of Saudi VAT laws and regulations
* Excellent communications skills
* Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking
