HR Business Partner

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role HR Business
partner based in KSA- Al Khobar

Objective:
To help the company and their leadership teams create or evolve their HR
departments. HRBP connects the people-focused side of HR with the business
side of running a company to help you reach your goals and objectives. HR
business partners are often heavily involved in decision-making processes and
work closely with managers to support all HR activities. They may coach and
mentor many employees in your organization, but they don 't directly supervise
staff members.

General Responsibilities:
* Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes on the client 's side.
* Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
* Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client.
* Actively identifies gaps and proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks.
* Facilitates the management team to bring the best solutions for employees.
* Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
* Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
* Support in succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
* Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes.
* Develop and implement a structured employee development strategy
* Ensure that corporate people KPIs are being adhered to across the business plan cycle
* Recommend new HR approaches and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and HR services performed
* Recommend and execute plans related to improving employee engagement in the organization

Qualification:
*
Bachelor 's degree from an accredited college/university in human resources or
related field preferred.
* SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred.
* CIPD level ‎5 is highly preferred
* ‎8 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.

* Developing HR Agenda strategies, policies, and practices.
* Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
* Excellent communication skills.

* Proven work experience as an HR business partner
* Excellent people management skills
* Analytical and goal oriented
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
* Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
* Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
