Job Purpose:
Assist Logistics & Sales Support department to perform the day to day
activities. Works with the Assist Logistics & Sales Support department to
perform the day to day activities. Works with the transporter, clearing agent,
Accounts Team, Warehouse Team and other services required for logistic
operation. Processes purchase orders cycle of order fulfilment. Responsible
for making sure all the required documents submitted to accounts and uploaded
in shared folder within the stipulated deadline.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Issuing PO's to the clearing agent/transporters and local suppliers for services & other
administrative item.
* Processing of supplier payment for clearing agent, Transportation and other services.
* Coordinating with In-Kingdom Transporters & other services in getting the quotes.
* Coordination with the clearing agent/transporter to get the shipments cleared immediately upon arrival at the port and having it delivered to the nominated sites/warehouse.
* Processing & following up with Government Relation department & or the concerned authority for Obtaining required chemical import permits.
* Maintaining clear track/record & uploading SABER/BAYAN/LC documents in shared folder
* Maintaining a clear track/record on all imported shipments
* Monitoring of PO & MRN request
