specializing in advertisement signage and hoarding, is seeking a skilled and
motivated individual to join our team as a Production Foreman. The ideal
candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our production department,
with a focus on 3D signage sticker pasting and hoarding work.
Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and Coordination: Lead and manage a
team of production workers engaged in 3D signage sticker pasting and hoarding
activities. Coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow. 2. Quality
Control: Maintain high standards of quality in production processes. Conduct
regular inspections to ensure that 3D signage stickers and hoardings meet
company specifications and client expectations. 3. Training and
Development: Provide training to production staff on the proper techniques
for 3D signage sticker pasting and hoarding installation. Identify
opportunities for skill development within the team. 4. Resource
Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and
materials, to meet production targets. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate
with the procurement team for timely replenishment. 5. Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all
production staff. Conduct regular safety meetings and address any concerns
promptly. 6. Project Planning: Collaborate with the project management
team to plan and schedule 3D signage and hoarding projects. Ensure that
production timelines are met and projects are completed on schedule. 7.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the
production process. Implement corrective actions to resolve problems and
prevent recurrence. Requirements: - Proven experience in a production or
manufacturing role, preferably in the signage and advertisement industry. -
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of 3D signage sticker
pasting and hoarding installation techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-
