Role Description The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety
of desserts and baked goods, creating custom cakes for special events,
managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and
organized kitchen. The Pastry Chef will also work closely with other kitchen
staff to ensure quality and timely service. Qualifications Proven experience
as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role Excellent knowledge of pastry arts
and techniques, as well as baking science Creativity and ability to develop
new recipes and dessert offerings Ability to work under pressure in a fast-
paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of
health and safety procedures, as well as sanitation regulations High school
diploma or equivalent; culinary school degree is highly preferred Flexibility
to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
