Accountant for Apple Tech solution LLC

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal
role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and
ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Key
Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date
financial records by recording transactions, verifying and reconciling
entries, and ensuring the accuracy of general ledger accounts. Financial
Analysis: Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights
and recommendations for improving financial performance and decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial
forecasts, and reports to help guide the company's financial strategy.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and
summaries to management, clients, and regulatory authorities as required. Tax
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations,
including the preparation and filing of tax returns. Audit Support:
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and assist in the
implementation of audit recommendations. Financial Systems: Utilize accounting
software and tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain
data accuracy. Financial Consultation: Provide financial advice and support to
management on strategic financial decisions, cost control, and risk
management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
related field (CPA certification preferred). Proven experience as an
Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles,
practices, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft
Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and
interpersonal abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
