Job details

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in
supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including managing
phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Schedule and coordinate appointments,
meetings, and conferences. Draft, edit, and proofread documents such as
emails, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized and up-to-date records
and files. Qualifications: High school diploma required; additional
certifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience in
administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent
