The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles
and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage
financial records accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: Prepare and
maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets,
and income statements. Conduct month-end and year-end close processes,
including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and generating
financial reports. Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances,
discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Assist with budgeting, forecasting,
and financial planning activities to support business goals and objectives.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other
financial accounts. Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll
tax, and income tax filings. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations,
tax laws, and company policies. Provide financial analysis and insights to
support decision-making and strategic planning. Collaborate with other
departments, such as finance, operations, and management, to provide financial
information and support business initiatives. Maintain confidentiality of
